Use the aslgecopy command from a command window on the scannerBack to Top
Usage: aslgecopy
[options]
-s [fmriserver] server name
-r [raid6] raid number for data directory
-d [ ] directory name if created on server
Example: aslgecopy -s fmriserver -r raid6 -d norm040104 <pfilename> <newbrikname> emang
A guest account exists on both publicly accessible servers (cfmri.ucsd.edu and fmriserver.ucsd.edu). The password is posted on the host computer keyboard. The user should be aware that this is temporary space and data stored in this account is removed often.Back to Top
