Reordering Dicom files

DICOM files generated by the upgraded 3T scanners (HDx, 14x) are not saved in sequential order. For the AFNI to3d program to create a AFNI BRIK with the correct slice order, these dicom files need to be reordered. We have developed a Perl script 'imseq' for this purpose.
The script is now available on all our servers as well as for download.

Usage: imseq [directories to convert]
Example: imseq directory1 directory2 directory3

NOTE: This should only be used after data is transfered to the server using gecopy and not on the 3T consoles.
