Eric C. Wong, PhD MD is a biophysicist working on the development of new hardware and imaging methods for MRI.  His current areas of interest include: (1) Arterial Spin Labeling techniques for noninvasive measurement of tissue perfusion (2) High speed and high resolution imaging techniques, including spiral techniques and contrast optimization
(3) Diffusion imaging (4) Local gradient coils (5) Application specific RF coils
(6) Local shim coils.
